Cancellation Insurance

Summerfuel offers optional Travel Insurance and Assistance Plans should you have to cancel or interrupt your participation in a program. Insurance must be purchased before you pay the final balance of your program fee.

Parents are responsible for all costs of medical and dental care, tests, allergy shots and prescriptions. Every student must submit a completed Summerfuel Medical Form, detailing complete medical and immunization history and providing Health Insurance Carrier information. All bills from health facilities used by Summerfuel will be sent directly to parents.

Non-US Residents Attending a US Program: All non-US residents attending a program in the US will be automatically enrolled and invoiced for international health/medical insurance.
