Get Ready, Get Noticed, Get In

The Summerfuel College Admissions Prep Program (CAP) held on the campus of Columbia University is a short, intensive preparation for the college admissions process. Course content includes college counseling, instructive college admissions workshops, SAT preparation with the Princeton Review and excellent essay writing classes. Although each day will be quite busy with courses and coursework, during down time opportunities to experience life on a college campus will be plentiful. College visits also add an important dimension to the program, making your college application planning even more real.

Columbia University, one of the top academic and research institutions in the world, attracts students and faculty from 150 countries to engage with one another on campus and beyond, in the rich cultural environment that is New York City. With 73 Nobel Prize winners counted amongst its alumni and faculty, Columbia is surely an environment that nurtures great intellect. The beautiful campus, with grassy greens and a myriad of comfortable places to gather, is a magnificent gem in upper Manhattan.
